J Percussion Music School collects information from you when you subscribe to our mailing list or fill out a trial lesson booking form. When entering information on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, postcode, phone number and your child's name and date of birth. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

Any of the information J Percussion Music School collects from you may be used in one of the following ways:

• To process requests
  Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.
• To administer a trial lesson booking confirmation, promotion, survey or other site feature

After your information submission, your private information will not be kept on file for more than 1 year unless authorised by you. During this period, we will only use your private information to contact you regarding future service possibilities.

You may, at any time, access, verify, correct, update or remove your details by contacting our Customer Support Team at customer_service@jpms.com.au.

In addition, if you prefer not to receive information from us, please let us know by sending us an e-mail at the above address or calling our Customer Support Team at 07-3345 6778. Please note that it may take up to two weeks for your request to become effective. Therefore we may still send you an e-mail confirmation and may need to contact you by phone or e-mail if we have questions regarding providing services to you.

When we request to collect personal information about children under the age of 13, our sole purpose is to provide the most suitable product service according to their age. In order to protect children, we request parents and guardians to be the point of contact when booking trial lessons.
